Licensing
The photographs may be used with permission. A license is not a print. It is the right to show a specific image, for a stated use, for a stated time.
Personal use is already included with every object sold in the boutique. Commercial use — a lobby, a website, a brochure, a campaign — is licensed separately.
What can be licensed
- A single image for a business website or social presence.
- A single image for a printed brochure, card, or program.
- A small set for a civic or tourism page.
- A lobby or waiting-room use, with or without a print supplied by the studio.
What is not included
- Resale of the file.
- Use on merchandise you manufacture.
- Transfer to another company.
- AI training or dataset use.
To ask
Write which image, which use, and how long. A short agreement and an invoice will follow. Work does not begin until the invoice is paid.
